Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size.
Shipping time for your exchanged product will vary according to where you live and the shipping method you use to return the item.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and we receives your return package, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Please note in some countries or districts, due to the bank or credit card rules, there might be a 6% processing fee will be deducted from the original payment if the return request gets approved.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company and bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: support@Rellaty.com.
Damaged items
- We do our best to ship your items to you safely, but if your order is damaged when you receive it, please email us a photo of the damaged items, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
