DELIVERY TIMES

All orders on rellaty.com are shipped by USPS, UPS, or Amazon FBA. It generally takes 1-2 business days to process and dispatch orders from the warehouse. In peak periods like holidays or Black Friday & Cyber Monday please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Pre-orders are subject to the estimated delivery time displayed on the product page.

All orders are shipped from California & Pennsylvania depending on the proximity of your shipping address and our availability. This allows us to get your items out to you faster.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Order Tracking Number (OTN) via email or text message. You can use the number to track the status of your shipment. If you haven't received your OTN in 5 business days, please contact us at support@rellaty.com and we’ll respond as early as possible.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
A complete, correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it won’t be able for us to change the shipping address. To change or cancel the order, please email support@rellaty.com within 8 hours after order is placed. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee.
BACK ORDERS
We ship the entire order when all items are ready, so please consider placing a separate order for your back-ordered items if you prefer not to wait on them for the rest of your items to ship.
LOST/DAMAGED PACKAGES DUE TO SHIPPING
If any item is lost or arrives damaged due to shipping, please snap some photos of the damage to the box and contact the carrier. We are not responsible for any errors made by the post office. However, if your package has not been received within 2 weeks of the shipping notification email or text message, please contact us. We will look into your order details and assist you in getting it straightened out with USPS. We will send you a new item.
